The Role

We are seeking a 2nd Miller to join our P&H; Milling team. This role is responsible for transferring bulk loads, loading bulk flour tankers and assisting daily operations of the mill.

Day to Day

- Prepare and load flour tankers to ship to customers.
- Transfer and blend flour meeting specified recipe requirements.
- Coordinate with Logistics Manager and truck drivers to organize and prepare daily outgoing orders.
- Work effectively in a food processing setting with high standards for production quality.




- Ensure good manufacturing practice, hazardous awareness critical control point and Company policies and procedures are followed.
- Participate during heat treatment, cleaning, sifter, and sieve maintenance.
- Perform daily tasks, checks and monitoring according to guidelines set out by the Mill Manager/
- Complete work orders for mill shutdowns, monthly inspection items, corrective action reports requirements and scheduled tasks.
- Complete required inspection reports and work orders accurately.
- Cleaning duties as required, shared with millers daily cleaning schedule.

What You’ll Bring:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing considered an asset.
- Food Safety experience and knowledge is considered an asset.
