By using Verifon ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

- Service description

Verifon provides temporary US phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are available for 15 minutes at no charge. Users may subscribe at $2.99/month to retain permanent access to an assigned number.
- Acceptable use

You may use Verifon only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; send or receive illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content; bypass platform security measures in violation of those platforms' terms; harass or harm any person; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Number availability

Verifon does not guarantee that phone numbers will be accepted by any specific third-party platform. Numbers are provided on an "as-is" basis.



Temporary numbers expire after 15 minutes if a subscription is not started.
- Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed at $2.99/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months unless required by applicable law.
- Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verifon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
- Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the recent Terms.
