About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated ABA Therapist to join our Kitchener-Waterloo team on a part-time, contract basis. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children and youth (ages 4–20) with developmental and behavioral needs, delivering individualized Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy that builds skills, confidence, and independence. You'll be backed by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and given the flexibility to build a schedule that works for your life.

What You'll Do

- Deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA interventions in line with each child's treatment plan
- Track and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and guide therapy adjustments
- Support children in building social, communication, and self-care skills that promote everyday independence
- Create a safe, engaging, and encouraging environment where children feel supported to learn and grow
- Partner closely with families, educators,



and other care providers to keep therapy goals consistent across settings
- Maintain explicit, accurate session notes and progress records in line with our documentation standards

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Applied Behavioural Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children in a therapeutic, educational, or ABA setting, with patience and adaptability
- A solid understanding of behavioral intervention techniques and special education principles
- Solid data collection and tracking skills to measure meaningful progress
- Warm, clear communication skills that help you build trust with children and their families
- Comfort working independently while staying connected to a broader care team
- Availability to work within the Kitchener-Waterloo area; evening and weekend availability preferred
