We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist

One of our clients, a well-established and highly respected real estate development company , is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Midtown Toronto .

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for more than a traditional AP role. You'll work closely with the project accounting team.

Compensation:

- $65,000–$70,000 base salary
- Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage invoice processing, approvals, and payments
- Coordinate with vendors and the project accounting team
- Manage utility and property tax payments
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with HST filings
- Maintain vendor accounts and payment records
- Support accounting across multiple development projects

Requirements:

- Accounts payable/accounting experience
- Real estate or development experience is an asset
