- Provide customer support via program inbox and training
- Triage user queries effectively to resolve issues
- Manage user registrations and performance queries
- Organize webinars and training sessions for stakeholders
- Support resource development for clinical education Requirements:
- One year of practical experience in a related field
- Proficient in using computer software and digital technology
