Job Summary

Join our team as an Aluminum Railing Installer and become a vital part of creating, durable outdoor and indoor railing systems. You will be responsible for installing high-quality aluminum railings that enhance safety and aesthetic appeal for residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring each installation meets precise specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Install aluminum railing components using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, and applying finishing touches to ensure seamless integration of railings.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Use construction experience to troubleshoot issues on-site, making adjustments as needed for safety and quality.
- Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols.




- Assist with restoration work or construction painting when required to support overall project goals.

Experience

- Prior construction experience with a focus on carpentry, welding, or related trades is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, caulking techniques, plumbing, flooring installation, tile laying, or construction painting is advantageous.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately to follow detailed instructions.
- Experience in working with aluminum materials or railing systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform detailed work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and installation procedures is essential.
