L’Analyste d’Affaires IA sera responsable de transformer les besoins d’affaires en solutions d’intelligence artificielle sécurisées et conformes, au sein d’une grande organisation en pleine évolution numérique.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

- Analyser les besoins d’affaires directement avec les équipes concernées
- Concevoir et déployer des solutions IA (LLM, RAG, agents) sécurisées
- Piloter la feuille de route des initiatives IA (priorisation, coûts, échéanciers)
- Assurer la gouvernance, la conformité et la gestion des fournisseurs IA
- Former les utilisateurs et assurer le transfert de connaissances
- Travailler au cœur d’une équipe multidisciplinaire d’environ 187 personnes
- Œuvrer dans un environnement TI basé sur Azure AI et Microsoft Fabric

PROFIL

- 3+ années d’expérience en analyse d’affaires
- Expérience concrète avec l’intelligence artificielle (LLM, RAG, agents IA)
- Connaissances de Microsoft Fabric et Azure AI (atout)
- Aisance avec Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps
- Sensibilité aux enjeux éthiques et réglementaires liés à l’IA
- Habiletés de collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
- Autonomie et fort esprit d’analyse
- Certification Microsoft Azure AI ou équivalent (atout)
- BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
- Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

- Drive the AI initiatives roadmap (prioritization, costs, timelines)
- Ensure governance, compliance and vendor management for AI solutions
- Support users through training and knowledge transfer
- Be part of a large multidisciplinary team of about 187 people
- Work in an IT setting based on Azure AI and Microsoft Fabric

PROFILE

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence (LLM, RAG, AI agents)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI (asset)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps
- Awareness of ethical and regulatory considerations related to AI
- Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Autonomy and strong analytical mindset
- Microsoft Azure AI certification or equivalent (asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
