Responsibilities would be to create residential architectural construction documents utilizing AutoCad software.

The Responsibilities

- Prepare and review customer-specific home plans using established master sets, ensuring accurate implementation of elevations, detailing, and purchased options.
- Robust understanding of new projects including knowledge of building methods and materials;
- Prepare jobs for developer and permit applications;
- Meet and maintain production schedules;
- Provide plan input for value engineering, in conjunction with other departments

Now Let’s Talk About You

- 5+ years of industry related experience
- Experience with Architectural Drafting software, ex. AutoCad, or Revit Architecture;
- Experience with drafting plot plans
- Knowledge with construction details and practices in order to produce material quantity outputs for estimating and purchasing;




- Proven ability to provide feasible recommendations to complex problems in a highly time-sensitive environment;
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively between day‑to‑day and project‑based work;
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail;
- Willingness and ability to learn;
- Self‑motivated for success;
- Residential construction experience is considered an asset

Our ‘Must Haves’

- Post‑secondary degree, post‑secondary diploma in Architectural Technology, or equivalent
