O’Hanlon Paving, a proud member of The Fath Group, is looking for enthusiastic Asphalt Quality Control Persons to work seasonally in a full-time capacity at our various job sites. The successful candidates must be able to align with the company's core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect.

Responsibilities

- Asphalt Density Testing • Asphalt Temperature testing • Coordination with rolling team • Maintain and perform detailed records • Other paving crew duties as required on site Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field (Civil Engineering Technology)



is an asset • 1-2 years of experience with asphalt testing is preferred • Prior experience with road building quality control will be an asset • Must have proven ability to be self-motivated and be able to work with limited supervision • Positive written and verbal communication skills • Valid Alberta driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract • Ability to work long hours/some weekends • Strong Organization skills, detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks • Must be a team player with a positive attitude • Proven customer service ability Additional Information:
