As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive business results, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while building your own leadership career.

What You'll Do As our Assistant Store Manager, you will:

- Lead by example and consistently deliver outstanding sales results.
- Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Create an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and professional bra fittings.
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and store performance.
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the CHANGE brand.
- Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards are followed.
- Analyze store performance and contribute ideas to achieve sales and KPI goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has:





- At least 2 years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Key Holder, Team Lead, or similar role).
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and coach others to success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to multitask and perform in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.
