The Role:

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of one of our vibrant locations (Mission Location). We’re looking for an experienced people leader from hospitality, food service, wellness, or customer-focused retail to lead the Front of House team at our Mission location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Report to the Director of Operations
- Lead by example and help foster a positive, respectful work culture
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to FOH team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our brand values
- In charge of scheduling, staff management, and performance reviews
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Help coordinate and execute catering orders and in-store initiatives
- Drive revenue awareness and assist with labor and cost controls
- Help with everyday ordering from Sysco/Pratts/ Local Suppliers
- Ensure clear, open, and ongoing communication with the kitchen and chef




- Work closely with the BOH team to support smooth daily operations
- Collaborate on prep and timing to ensure service runs efficiently
- Align on expectations for catering orders and any special events
- Communicate after-hours feedback or updates to maintain strong team alignment

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality, wellness, or retail
- A natural leader with robust communication and organizational skills
- Calm under pressure and confident in problem-solving
- Passionate about hospitality, wellness, and community engagement
- Proficient in using scheduling and POS systems
- Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
