Role Description The Associate role is a part-time, on-site position located in Oshawa, ON. In this role, the Associate supports day-to-day store operations, including assisting customers, answering questions about products and games, and processing sales transactions. The Associate helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gaming space, restocks products, and prepares areas for events or tournaments.

Responsibilities may also include handling basic inventory tasks, setting up displays, and providing general support to the team as needed.



The role requires consistent in-person availability during scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends based on business needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate clearly with a diverse range of guests.
- Basic retail, cash handling, or point-of-sale experience, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Interest in tabletop games, video games, or trading card games, and willingness to learn product details.
- Reliable time management skills, with the ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with standing for extended periods, moving merchandise, and maintaining an organized workplace.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.
