Responsibilities

- Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine necessary repairs and parts needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove dents, replace panels, and perform structural repairs
- Conduct heavy lifting safely when handling large or heavy vehicle components
- Perform automotive repairs including sanding, welding, painting, and refinishing to restore vehicles’ appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety standards
- Document repair processes accurately and communicate progress effectively to supervisors

Qualifications

- Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and bodywork techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment required
- Experience with automotive repair processes including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, and painting
- Mechanic experience or background in automotive technology is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
