Overview

We’re looking for an energized, driven Auto Body Repair Technician who takes pride in their work and understands how insurance-based repairs operate in a professional shop environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform quality auto body repairs on insurance claim vehicles
- Follow OEM and insurance repair procedures
- Work efficiently with estimators to complete approved repair plans
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles properly
- Document repairs and communicate any additional damage
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Provide quality work to eliminate re-work

Required Experience

- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as an auto body repair technician
- Welding experience
- Experience working on insurance claim repairs
- Understanding of repair procedures, supplements, and approvals
- Ability to read and follow repair estimates
- Familiarity with shop tools, equipment, and safety standards
