Starting wage is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, with regular wage reviews and increases based on performance and skill development.

Duties

- Remove and replace windshields and other automotive glass using specialized tools and techniques
- Repair stone chips
- Provide mobile auto glass service at customer locations.
- Inspect vehicles for damage or issues related to glass installation or repair
- Prepare vehicles by removing damaged glass safely and efficiently before installing new units
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to handle glass components securely
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean work environment, including proper disposal of old glass and debris
- Pick up parts and supplies from suppliers in Saskatoon as required
- Communicate clearly with customers about the repair process and expected outcomes. Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after every job

Skills





- Auto glass experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle structures and systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Driver's abstract required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
