JOB SUMMARY:

The Automatic Door Technician installs, services, and troubleshoots automatic door systems for commercial clients across Atlantic Canada. This role focuses on ensuring door systems operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with industry standards while providing skilled, responsive service in the field.

JOB DUTIES:

- Install, service, and repair automatic door operators and related hardware
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls as required
- Test automatic door systems to ensure proper and safe operation
- Read and follow installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation
- Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:





- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automatic Door Technician required
- AAADM certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to lift equipment and work in active job-site environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
