Kia's Parts and Service Trainee Program offers a fast-paced immersive experience that allows individuals to learn about the Automotive Parts and Service Industry from the ground-up. Roles and Responsibilities

- Learn how to approach incoming Service and Parts phone calls.
- Proficient work order creation, monitoring and closure.
- Develop the ability to accurately recommend maintenance and communicate the value of regular maintenance and repairs.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns,



inquiries and status checks professionally and promptly.
- Learn how to schedule and organize Service appointments.
- Learn how to load the shop with work correctly and efficiently.
- Become proficient in sourcing parts for customer and internal vehicles.
- Spend time in the shop to gain an understanding of the perspectives and challenges facing Licensed Technicians.
- Learn warranty administration, Prior Work Authority (PWA) creation and tracking.
- Videography of technician recommendations and submission to customers.
- Obtain hands-on experience by spending time on the floor with the Service and Parts department managers.

Qualifications

- Ability to multi-task and shift focus quickly to adapt with the needs of all departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain an enthusiastic and energetic work environment.
- Ability to be self-motivated and complete tasks promptly.
- Must be able to work retail sales hours.
- Valid G2 or G License.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
