Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets
- Manage team performance and accountability
- Create and implement sales strategies to grow market share and profit
- Provide tailored quotes and solutions for fleet needs
- Oversee CRM records and ensure team's consistent lead follow-ups
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance to drive results
- Stay up to date on inventory, market pricing, and promotions to maximize sales

Requirements

- Valid VSA Sales License
- Proven ability in leading and managing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills




- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools
