Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage walk-in and online customers with a customer-first mindset
- Deliver persuasive vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives
- Proactively follow up on leads from the website, digital platforms, and referrals
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Manage the full sales process, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing options
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client details in the CRM system
- Stay up to date on inventory, market pricing, and promotions to maximize sales

Requirements

- Valid VSA Sales License
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills




- Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools an asset
