Duties

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly.
- Repair or replace complex systems such as electrical wiring, HVAC units within vehicles, and engine components with precision.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.




- Communicate effectively with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience.

Skills

- Proven automotive repair experience with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar machinery or farm machinery maintenance is a plus.
- Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, schematics reading, and industrial equipment repair.
- Ability to lift heavy components safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the day.
- Strong customer service skills to clearly explain repairs and foster positive relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with automotive assembly processes and industrial equipment maintenance practices.
