Responsibilities Review repair orders and perform required services accurately and efficiently Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems Identify and communicate any additional concerns beyond those listed on the repair order Accurately document all work performed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to support a positive customer experience Requirements Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence, or comparable trade experience where licensing requirements may be challenged Experience working with Honda or other OEM brands is considered an asset Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail Honest, reliable, and professional Collaborative team player who contributes positively to a team-oriented environment Commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees OEM professional development and training opportunities Opportunities for career growth within the Palladino Auto Group Employee and Family Purchase Program Employee and Family Assistance Program Employee Perks Program Corporate discounted membership with GoodLife Fitness Yearly boot allowance for technicians Discounted home and auto insurance A supportive, team-focused work environment At Palladino Honda, we believe in investing in our people. What You Will Do Review repair orders and complete required services accurately and efficiently Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems Identify additional service or safety concerns and communicate them appropriately Accurately document all work performed Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow technicians to support an productive, team-focused service department Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction What We Are Looking For We are looking for a professional who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that is committed to doing things properly.
