Role Overview

Seeking experienced Solution Architects to support enterprise AWS migration and Agentic AI initiatives across TDI, Wealth, CPB, and AMCB. The architect will lead solution design, ensure alignment with Architecture standards, and provide dedicated support to assigned migration and AI streams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead high-level and detailed solution architecture for AWS Migration and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant cloud solutions.
- Partner with business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive architecture decisions.
- Develop architecture artifacts, design documentation, and governance approvals.




- Support integration of AWS services with enterprise technology platforms and contact center solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout delivery and migration lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience in large enterprise environments.
- Solid AWS cloud architecture and migration expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Connect integrations and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Experience designing cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

- Banking or financial services experience.
- Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- AWS Architecture certifications.
- Sierra platform experience is preferred.
