Duties

- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight across local, regional, or national routes
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle, including brakes, tires, lights, and mechanical systems, to maintain optimal performance
- Assist with automotive repairs or troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Verify shipment documentation and ensure accurate delivery records are maintained for each trip
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse teams to coordinate pickups and drop-offs




- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe transportation at all times

Requirements

- Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving and freight transportation
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to trucking and freight handling
- Physical ability to lift, move, or secure freight as needed during loading/unloading processes
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and operational procedures
