Originally from France, Decathlon expanded into Canada in 2018 with the opening of its first store in Brossard. Today, Decathlon is established across Canada from coast to coast, with nearly 1,000 team members, 16 stores, a distribution center, and an e-commerce platform dedicated to our mission: sustainably making the benefits of sports accessible to the many.

Your Mission

Sales Development: Support our clients (schools, clubs, businesses) and enhance the B2B process at both national and local levels. Gift Cards: Maximize the growth of physical and digital gift cards across all sales channels.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing B2B sales team across the country.

Management & Profitability: Manage daily P&L;, negotiate shipping/transportation contracts, and optimize budgets to drive growth.

Operations: Ensure the success of Decathlon Pro by equipping teams with the best tools and platforms.

Your Profile

- A qualified diploma in sales, or a university/college degree in business administration or marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Bilingual (French and English), curious, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
- An excellent communicator, capable of building strong, lasting partnerships.
