Must-have Requirements Engineering: Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing complex business and functional requirements using techniques like workshops, interviews, and process modeling.

Project Delivery: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, managing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with SDLC standards.

- Hands-on experience on creating user stories on Jira and documenting requirements on confluence.

Systems Analysis & Design: Proficiency in translating business needs into technical solutions, including process flow diagrams, swim lanes, use cases, and system architecture. Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) to align solutions with strategic goals.

Soft Skills & Leadership

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology solutions with business outcomes and regulatory requirements .
- Communication: Robust communication skills to engage with technical teams (developers, data engineers) and business stakeholders to validate requirements and logic.
- Mentorship: Experience guiding junior BSAs and fostering knowledge-sharing in cross-functional teams.

GenAI & Automation

- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Cohere, OpenAI, Google Gemini) and their applications in banking (e.g., chatbots, document automation, risk analysis).
- Knowledge of AI/ML workflows, prompt engineering, and ethical AI governance frameworks.

Nice-to-have Process Optimization: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and designing streamlined workflows (e.g., BPMN). Industry-Specific Knowledge

- Messaging & Voice Platforms:



Hands-on experience with omnichannel platforms (e.g., customer support bots, IVRs)

Technical Competencies Must-have

API & Data Integration Expertise

Proven experience in API discovery, documentation, and lifecycle management.

Ability to analyze data flow architectures, including how domain sources transmit data downstream (e.g., batch files , ETL processes, real-time streaming).

Familiarity with EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) structures and table access protocols.

Hands-on knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) .

Business Rules & Transformation Analysis

- Skill in identifying and documenting business rules, data transformations, and enrichment processes applied to datasets before downstream delivery.
- Experience mapping current-state business logic (e.g., fee reversal recommendations) and associated data requirements for action execution.

Authentication & Security Knowledge
- Understanding of API authentication schemes (OAuth, API keys, JWT, etc.) and their impact on data access/integration.

Deliverable-Focused Mindset
- Ability to produce structured deliverables:

API inventories and data lineage diagrams. Business rule/transformation documentation.

Authentication scheme assessments.

Action recommendation workflows (e.g., fee reversal logic).

Technical Tool Proficiency

- Hands on experience with tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SQL, and data modeling software.
- Familiarity with EDW tools (e.g., Snowflake, Teradata) and API gateways.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
- Capacity to dissect complex systems, identify gaps in data flow, and propose solutions for process improvements
