Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, with a strong focus on baking and cake decorating. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards. You will also play a key role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and attention to detail.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management by packaging baked goods appropriately for sale.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.




- Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in food preparation and handling, particularly in baking techniques.
- Experience in cake decorating is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
