We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Baker. This role is perfect for someone with a background in the baking industry, particularly in bread making. Duties

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in quality.

- Food preparation tasks include baking, mixing, and measuring ingredients.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, following food safety guidelines.

- Package finished products attractively for delivery.

- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety practices.

Qualifications





- Experience in baking within a bakery or food service setting.

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen operations.

- Ability to communicate effectively.

- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and consistency when producing baked goods.

- Previous experience in packaging food products is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Chemainus, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
