Primrose is on the hunt for a hardworking part-time baker to join our growing team. We're a fast-paced, neighbourhood bagel shop that runs on great product, warm hospitality, and team spirit. We want people who love making outstanding food and feel at home in a busy kitchen where everyone pitches in.

This role is for someone with baking experience who's keen to bounce between production, prep, and service.

What you'll do:

- Shape bagel dough by hand
- Scale ingredients and track dough from mix to bake
- Prep bagel toppings and keep the line stocked
- Make cookie doughs, pastry doughs, fillings, and assorted baked goods
- Assist with service shifts, prep shifts and customers as needed
- Flow between production, prep, and service as the day demands
- Keep your station clean, organized, and running tight
- Bring good energy to a team that cares about doing things right

What we're looking for:

- Baking experience is a must
- Food service background is a must
- Bagel or pastry production experience is a major plus
- Cool under pressure and quick to switch tasks
- Organized, detail-driven, and reliable
- Works well solo and as part of a crew
- Down for early mornings and physical work (lifting, standing, repetition)





Schedule & availability:

- Part-time: 3–4 days per week
- Up to 35 hours per week
- Must be available on weekends
- Shifts start between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00am
