Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during events and functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive outstanding service in a timely and professional manner. This position requires a strong background in hospitality, food service, and customer service to create memorable dining experiences.

Duties

- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously during events.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow.
- Transparent tables and reset for the next course or event as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.





Qualifications

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
- Strong background in guest services and hospitality, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Smart Serve
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to engage with guests effectively.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or hotel settings is a plus.

This is a seasonal role, geared towards Fall and Winter, based on performance you may be considered to be on the permanent staff pool.
