Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, process payments efficiently, and handle cash with care
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging warmly with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality
- Support team members with serving food and beverages,



restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in serving or food preparation roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
