Job Summary

Join our team as a Barista/Cashier, where you’ll prepare beverages, provide excellent customer service, and handle transactions accurately. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming experience for customers. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following established recipes and quality standards

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, to accurately process customer transactions

- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity

- Greet customers warmly, take their food & drink orders efficiently, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, food prep stations, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards

- Assist with food display tasks

- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health regulations and safety standards





- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality or accuracy

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience and food service experience is required

- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Clover, is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent English communication abilities

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing

- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Good time management skills to balance serving duties with cleanliness tasks

- Prior experience in the food industry or serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
