Deli Attendant / Barista As a Deli Attendant / Barista, your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings makes guests to our Portobello outlet feel unique and valued. These are full time, seasonal positions. We have roles beginning in September, October, November, and December 2026, and ending in April/May 2027.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.45.

Job Duties Include Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way with expert knowledge of all ingredients, etc.

Maintain overall cleanliness and maintenance of deli, take-out window and seating area

Responsible for making hot beverages and ensuring consistent quality is upheld

Create specialty coffees





Replenish bakery items as required in a timely manner Qualifications Previous barista and/or deli experience in a high volume environment is required

Must hold a Serving it Right Certificate

Previous point of sale system experience an asset, but not required
