Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately while providing friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld through proper food handling and hygiene practices
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs, and provide excellent service




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Barista is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
