We are looking for supportive Bartender Assistants to enhance our bar team. As a Bartender Assistant, you support your bar team in all sorts of guest needs to ensure flawless execution. You are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls.

As a Bartender Assistant, you will: Assist your Bartenders in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your bartenders and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times. Place and Receive Liquor, Wine and Beer Orders

Perform daily and weekly Prep for the Bar Team

Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties to ensure our Bar is Most-Loved and Best Run

Support the Bar Team acting as their Bar Back during peak volume times

Assist your Bar team in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your bartenders and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times. Create authentic connections in every interaction.

Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests. Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.

What we need from you:



A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun. A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests. A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship. The ability to legally work in Canada.
