- Process orders efficiently using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety and handling regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of service.
