The Role

Pears Restaurant is seeking a professional and passionate Bartender to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate is polished, personable and thrives in a refined dining environment. As a server, you will guide guests through their experience with warmth, knowledge and attention to detail, ensuring every visit reflects the standard of excellence Pears Restaurant is known for.

Responsibilities

- Minimum 3 Years bartending experience REQUIRED
- Strong cocktail and wine knowledge
- Bar inventory understanding is an asset
- Provide warm, attentive and knowledgeable service throughout the dining experience
- Guide guests through menu offerings and make thoughtful recommendations
- Ensure accurate order taking, timing and table coordination
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Handle cash, card and tab transactions accurately and efficiently




- Maintain a clean and organized section throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Previous serving experience in a high end or rapid paced restaurant setting (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and special events
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
