BARTENDER / SERVER (Food & Beverage) - FULL-TIME

We’re looking for energetic, service-driven Bartenders / Servers to join us at Langford Lanes, City Centre Grille, and Patio 37 — where delicious food, great friends, and good times come together. As a Bartender, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bar, crafting drinks with precision, flair, and personality while keeping the vibe upbeat and welcoming.

As a Bartender / Server at City Centre Park, you’ll be more than a drink-slinger - you’ll be a vibe curator, a guest favourite, and a key part of our hospitality experience. Your role will blend technical skill with personality, helping guests feel welcome, relaxed, and ready to enjoy their time with us.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment a customer arrives at the bar.
- Take and fulfill customer orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with recipes, presentation standards, and responsible service guidelines.
- Execute daily operational tasks, including completing opening, closing, and shift checklists to maintain consistency, accountability, and readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including glassware, garnishes, mixers, and inventory. Follow sanitation protocols and address any cleanliness concerns promptly to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.




- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with responsible alcohol service practices to promote safety and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in bartending / serving or food & beverage service within high-volume, fast-paced environments (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging presence.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Commitment to responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).

WORKING CONDITIONS

This is a physically active position that requires regular walking, standing, and interacting with customers across a shift. The ideal candidate demonstrates natural leadership in fluid environments, maintains a strong customer service presence, and is comfortable prioritizing tasks on the go while staying calm and collected during peak periods.
