- Provide qualified, responsive, and friendly beverage and food service to guests.

- Demonstrate complete and accurate knowledge of the full menu, wine and drink list, dessert menu, specials, and LTOs.

- Have a strong knowledge and genuine interest in sports, including the NFL, NHL, MLB/Baseball, NBA, and other major sporting events.

- Engage guests in friendly conversation about sports, games, teams, and current events to create a welcoming sports-bar atmosphere and build stronger guest relationships.

- Use sports knowledge and guest interaction to create opportunities to increase traffic, encourage repeat visits, and generate additional business.

- Spot opportunities to offer beverage suggestions, refill empty glasses, and upsell food and drinks to increase sales.

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.





- Assess guests' needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations.

- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages according to company standards.

- Check guests' identification and confirm that it meets the legal drinking age requirements.

- Restock and replenish bar inventory, supplies, and service areas as required.

- Stay guest-focused and actively contribute to an excellent overall guest experience.

- Build rapport with guests and create a positive, energetic environment that encourages guests to stay longer, return frequently, and recommend the restaurant to others.

- Comply with all applicable food, beverage, liquor, health, and safety regulations.
