Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
- Schedule appointments efficiently using salon management software and coordinate with stylists and technicians
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information and booking assistance with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage client check-in/check-out processes, including data entry and updating records accurately in digital systems
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing client records, processing payments, and maintaining appointment calendars
- Maintain a clean,



organized front desk area while managing incoming correspondence and inquiries

Experience

- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills, ideally in a customer-facing environment such as a spa, medical or dental office
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems
- Prior experience with data entry, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in quick-paced settings
- Knowledge of Milano software will be an asset
