Role Description The Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service role is a full-time, in office position based in Guelph, ON. In this role, the team member responds to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, provides product information, and processes orders accurately and efficiently. The role includes engaging in inside sales activities, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell natural products, and supporting lead generation efforts with existing and prospective accounts.

The team member works to resolve issues,



coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and accounting, and ensure a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining customer records, meeting service and sales targets, and communicating clearly in both English and French to support customers across Canada.

Qualifications

Strong inside sales skills with experience in lead generation and growing customer accounts.

Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer service.

Excellent communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette, and proficiency in both English and French.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within distribution, consumer goods, or a related industry is an asset.

Comfort with order entry systems, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work on-site in Guelph, ON, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
