This is a full time remote opportunity for a Founding Sales Lead at GymTonic.

The Founding Sales

Lead will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth by developing and managing sales strategies, identifying potential partnerships, and fostering client relationships. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, conducting sales pitches, delivering product demonstrations, and training team members on effective sales techniques. The role requires collaboration with other team members to optimize outreach efforts and meet business goals while upholding the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

- Hunt & Close: Execute cold outreach (calls, emails, DMs) to gym owners and coaches. Your goal is volume and closing.
- Build the Pipeline: Set up our CRM and sales automation workflows from scratch.
- Global Scale: We are based in Quebec, but our market is the world. You will be targeting partners across North America and beyond.
- Feedback Loop:



Work directly with the founders to refine the product based on market feedback.

Requirements

- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet goals and develop scalable sales strategies.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service capabilities to build and sustain relationships with diverse partners and users.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure cohesive and effective sales performance.
- Proven track record of success in client acquisition and retention in a relevant domain.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or tech industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.70-$33.06 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC
