Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the box office
- Sell tickets accurately using point-of-sale systems and process cash, credit, or digital payments
- Assist guests with ticketing questions, event information, and seating arrangements
- Manage queues efficiently during busy periods to ensure smooth entry for all visitors
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain organized records of ticket sales and perform end-of-shift reconciliations
- Support food service operations when applicable, including handling food orders or assisting with concessions
Requirements
- Prior experience working with customer service is highly desirable
- Solid public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
- Proven customer service background with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Lift 30 Pounds
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to enhance guest interactions
