In this role, you will be the creative expert responsible for crafting beautiful, intricate braids that enhance our clients' confidence and style. Responsibilities

- Create a variety of braid styles tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert styling advice.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to all sanitation standards to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Upsell hair care products and styling services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, maintenance tips, and aftercare instructions.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and handling payments efficiently.
- Stay updated on current braid trends and techniques through ongoing education and practice.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling, specifically braiding techniques such as box braids, cornrows, twists, or similar styles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience working in retail sales or front desk roles is preferred but not required.
- A passion for hairstyling, creativity, and helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
