Role Description The Branch Manager role at Consentia Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Edmonton, AB.

The Branch

Manager oversees daily branch operations, ensuring that digital imaging, document management, and related services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. This role includes managing and mentoring staff, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and optimizing workflows to meet service-level commitments and quality standards.

Manager collaborates with clients to understand project requirements, provides regular updates,



and addresses concerns while fostering strong long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, reporting on branch performance, maintaining compliance with security and confidentiality protocols, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and grow the business.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations or branch management, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance management.
- Background in digital imaging, document management, or related services (e.g., scanning, data entry, records management) is an asset.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office productivity software and comfort learning new systems and technologies.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, security, and confidentiality in handling client information.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role and familiarity with service-level agreements is beneficial.
