Salary

This job has a bonus structure that will significantly increase your hourly rate if targets are met.

Duties

- Promote brand awareness by engaging with customers at events, dental office visits, and community gatherings.
- Conduct presentations to showcase the benefits of working with our office effectively.
- Collect valuable data on referral preferences and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and growing online presence.
- Facilitate public speaking engagements to educate audiences about the brand and its offerings.
- Assist in event marketing efforts by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials,



and encouraging participation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Schedule and organize events for marketing.

Experience

- Previous experience in marketing and sales is highly desirable for understanding needs of this position.
- Experience managing social media platforms or creating digital content is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in sales or promotional roles shows your ability to meet targets and engage audiences.
- Strong communication skills, public speaking ability, and confidence in presentations are essential.
- Background in event marketing or branding campaigns will help you excel in this energetic role.
