Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Bricklayer/Labourer to join our construction team. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from new builds to renovation and restoration efforts. Responsibilities

- Assist skilled bricklayers with laying bricks, blocks, and stone according to project specifications and blueprints
- Operate hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels to ensure precise work
- Use power tools safely for cutting, mixing mortar, and preparing materials for masonry tasks
- Read schematics and blueprints to understand project layouts and requirements
- Support renovation and restoration projects by preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying caulking where needed
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers or scaffolding under supervision to facilitate construction activities




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris in accordance with safety standards

Experience

- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic masonry techniques is advantageous
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- Experience with renovation or restoration projects is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites is desirable
