Brewery Assistant

Campio Brewing is an award-winning Brewpub with 2 locations in Edmonton, Alberta. Campio first opened its doors in October of 2019 and has been serving up delicious and well-crafted beer to its community and the province ever since! We are looking for a passionate person to round out our production team!

Previous brewery experience is an asset but not required. This is a part time position with potential to grow to full time as the business grows. As a Brewery Assistant, you would report to Campio’s Operations Manager, Lead Brewer and General Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- CIP fermenters, bright tanks, transfer lines, canning line and yeast brinks
- Transfering products through the cellar to packaging
- Assist in canning operations
- Perform daily QC checks including gravities & pH
- Wash, fill, and store kegs in the cold room
- Safely use hot liquids and dangerous chemicals
- Handle raw ingredients – mill grain, weigh hops etc.
- Maintain sanitary practices during cellaring and packaging
- Assist in monthly inventory counts
- Keep detailed production and CIP records
- Line Cleaning
- Deliveries in and around Edmonton




- Comply with all company policies and SOP’s
- Assist the brew team with any other necessary tasks
- Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning

Qualifications

- Be 18 years of age with a valid SIN or Working Visa
- Possession of Pro Serve Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Class 5 Drivers License & Clean Abstract
- Ability to lift 25 kilograms
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Previous brewery experience is an asset
