- Handle food ingredients properly, ensuring proper storage and rotation to minimize waste

- Ensure all food handling procedures meet health regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications

- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Experience with fine dining or catering environments is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
