We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Brewery Operations Technician to join our production team at High Key Brewing Co.

This is a hands-on role that's essential to keeping our brewery running smoothly. No two days are the same. You'll help with everything from cleaning tanks and washing kegs to packaging beer and beverages, organizing inventory, preparing wholesale orders, making local deliveries, and keeping our brewery clean, safe, and effective.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, likes staying busy, and takes pride in a job well done. While brewing experience is an asset, it isn't required. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

As High Key continues to grow, so does this position. There is a clear opportunity to develop into a larger production role, learning cellar operations such as beer transfers, centrifuge operation, carbonation, pasteurization, packaging leadership, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize fermenters, bright tanks, kegs, hoses, pumps, and brewery equipment
- Wash, inspect, and prepare kegs for production
- Assist with canning, kegging, packaging, and palletizing finished products
- Prepare materials and equipment for production runs
- Organize inventory, warehouse space, and production supplies
- Pick and prepare wholesale orders
- Make local deliveries when required
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely




- Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
- Support the production team wherever needed

What we're looking for:

- Reliable, punctual, and someone the team can count on
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and stacking full kegs (20L-50L)
- Positive attitude and willingness to tackle any task
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Mechanically inclined and interested in learning production equipment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence required
- Forklift or production experience is an asset but not required
