We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst with strong experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), and end-to-end project delivery within the Banking Payments domain.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8–10 years of Business System Analysis experience
- Robust Business Analysis and Quality Assurance (QA) experience
- Mandatory experience with US Wires and Canada Lynx payment systems
- Experience with SWIFT, Fedwire, High-Value Payments, and Settlement processes
- Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience managing the full SDLC, including requirements, testing, implementation, and post-production support
- Strong experience in defect management, root cause analysis, and Shift-Left Testing
- Agile/Scrum experience with a Product Owner mindset
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, JTMF, and MS Office
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
